NES Profile 1 - Catalogue Only

If you would like general information on NES, the NES profiles and their meaning and purpose please Visit our On NES page. For information on UBL 2.0 Visit our On UBL page.

This profile describes a process comprising only an electronic catalogue. It allows a supplier (or third party acting on a its behalf; a provider) to send a customer (or third party acting on a its behalf; a receiver) describing items (goods or services) available for purchase.

This profile allows the update of an existing catalogue by replacing entire catalogue lines, in which case, only the elements to be updated are included.

This process is intended to result in acceptance or rejection of the catalogue in full by the use of an application response.
