How are your products supported?
The following support options are available:
- Standard Support: There is a Community Forum where ebComposer users can collaborate and share information. Feature requests or bugs can be submitted in our Issue Tracking system.
- Trial Support: During the trial perid, users can use our standard support options as well as contacting our support team.
- Premium Support: Premium Support is available to customers on an annual basis and can be bought as a seperate package. Premium Support Customers will have access to our Unimaze Software support team either through e-mail or phone.

How is ebComposer UBL licensed?
ebComposer UBL is licensed either as individual UBL 2.0 documents or as bundled UBL 2.0 documents and is licensed per server or desktop. Look here for more details on prices.
After registering with a serial key, activation is required. Licenses can be transferred to another machine if needed.
Upgrades to all minor versions are free.
